Your Mission:

As our SEO Strategist, you'll lead SEO initiatives, combining technical know-how and innovative strategies for growth. Your tasks include crafting SEO strategies, enhancing technical SEO, leading link-building campaigns, optimizing for conversions, and broadening our brand's reach. Your work directly influences our platform's success, ensuring top search rankings and expanding audience engagement with our premium content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
• Oversee technical SEO, including 301 redirects and site architecture, to maintain SEO health.
• Lead link-building efforts to boost domain authority and SERP rankings.
• Execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing to increase engagement.
• Implement local SEO tactics for targeted market penetration.
• Conduct monthly technical audits for optimal website performance.
• Utilize Looker Studio for SEO performance analytics and keyword tracking.
• Own the content lifecycle: from creation to publishing and reporting.
• Update and optimize blog posts for relevance and SEO-friendliness.
• Manage freelance writers to maintain brand voice and content quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record in strategy and execution.
• English proficiency; Chinese reading skills highly valued.
• Expertise in technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMRush) and Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of Google's E-A-T and E-E-A-T guidelines.
• Understanding of topical authority and proven methods for building it within our niche market.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
