Social Media & Communications Officer ($2500 - $3000/Month | 1-Year Contract)

We’re hiring a Social Media & Communications Officer to create engaging digital content, support outreach campaigns, and manage communication platforms across various channels. If you have experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or video and graphic content production, this role could be a good fit for you.

📍 Nearest MRT: Bendemeer
🕘 Working Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
💰 Salary: $2500 - $3000/Month

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop digital content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and short-form videos to engage target audiences.
• Create marketing and communication materials such as videos, graphics, and infographics to support outreach initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and digital engagement activities.
• Monitor social media performance and compile basic reports on audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide administrative support in managing communication channels, including messaging platforms, newsletters, and other digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic experience with video editing tools such as CapCut Pro.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Abilityto work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or related areas will be an advantage.
