Social Media & Content Executive — Brand Visibility Project (Part-Time)

The Project

This is a 3-month brand-visibility project with a clear mission: to build out our social media content library, amplify our monthly artwork drops, and strengthen our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. You will work closely with Arpita to capture the magic of the studio and turn it into scroll-stopping content that grows our community and reach. It’s a hands-on, portfolio-building opportunity ideal for someone who loves art, storytelling, and building a brand from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) of the painting process, studio life, and new artwork drops

• Photograph original artwork and create a visually cohesive feed and stories

• Write engaging captions that reflect the brand’s calm, nature-inspired voice

• Build a 3-month content calendar aligned with our artwork releases and events

• Grow and engage our online community by responding to comments and messages

• Track performance and recommend ideas to boost reach and engagement

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in (or a recent graduate of) an arts, design, media, or communications programme — students from NAFA, LASALLE, NUS, NTU ADM, or the polytechnics are especially welcome

• A genuine passion for art and visual storytelling

• Skilled in content creation: shooting and editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) and photo editing (Lightroom, Canva, or similar)

• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social trends

• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a project independently

• A strong eye for aesthetics and detail

Details

• Engagement: A 3-month, project-based fixed-term contract. Potential to continue on a new project depending on fit and results.

• Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week, with flexibility around your class schedule

• Salary: S$1,800 per month, with employer CPF contributions provided

• Start Date: Immediate

Alongside our monthly artwork drops and custom commissions, we run art markets and a much-loved Summer Art Camp. We are now looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to lead a focused project to grow our brand’s visibility online.
