Having riding the Pandemic, our group of founders who own two Anytime Fitness in the west and now expanding on the 3rd site will like to start a member retention program for our gyms in Singapore, with a clear objective to offer a engaged gym community, world class gym facilities and training services to help individuals embark on their fitness transformation journey. We are looking for suitable candidates to join our young start up, as social and digital media marketing executive to support our marketing and brand awareness building efforts and community engagement initiatives. If you are a talented, creative, self driven, passionate, target drive, loves life and has relevant social marketing skills, do consider this as a key development opportunity in your career progression. We will help you hone the necessary skills too, through mentoring and on the job training. The role will be hybrid working and may require to travel to all gyms for on-site member engagement.
Your job responsibilities involve:
1. Planning and creating outstanding content for social media platforms.
2. Content planning and copywriting for social media platforms such as FB, IG, Tiktok.
3. Create a content calendar with messages also means making sure the posts and content are distributed on the channel at the right time.
4. Develop creative marketing content
5. Product photography
6. Graphic design
7. Keeping up with social media trends/functions
8. Knowledge on video production
9. Collaborate with influencers and other stakeholders to create video contents
10. Community management involves answering direct messages and questions, replying to comments and maybe giving shoutouts on social media to people who share content or tag your accounts.
11. Monitor how content is performing is a popular way to make sure a social media strategy and approach is working.
12. Analyse and report back on content, looking at key performance indicators and content types to make recommendations
13. Manage paid social media advertising such as budgets and allocating spending to posts to help achieve maximum results for campaigns.
14. Create strong written posts that have excellent grammar and spelling that grab the attention of the audience.
15. Work with other visual media designers to create exciting, fun content that helps achieve the business aims,
16. Stay up to date with all developments in social media, such as legal changes, new platforms and new features introduced
17. Organise member engagement events and programs to promote retention and build a fitness communit.
