Social Media Marketer - Part-Time

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our brand’s online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing social media strategies, and increasing brand awareness and audience engagement. You will play a key role in developing content ideas, tracking performance, and staying up to date with current social media trends to support overall marketing goals.


Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness
• Create engaging posts including captions, visuals, reels, and short-form videos
• Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns and promotions
• Manage basic paid ads campaigns (if applicable)
• Brainstorm creative ideas for content, campaigns, and viral marketing opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred
• Familiar with major social media platforms and trends
• Basic skills in Canva / Adobe Photoshop / video editing tools is a plus
• Strong creativity and copywriting skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good understanding of audience engagement strategies
