Location: Raffles Place
Salary: $11/hr - $15/hr
Duration: 6 months (Jul 2026 - Dec 2026)

Working Hours:
- 5 days (Mon-Fri)
- 8.30am-6pm

Job Description:
Internal Communications
- Support the development and execution of internal communications plans to raise awareness on priorities and initiatives
- Translate key messages into clear, engaging and audience-relevant content for internal channels
- Conceptualize creative ideas and execute programmes/activations to improve cut-through and engagement across diverse staff segments
- Develop and coordinate channel plans to optimize reach and effectiveness across platforms. Update and maintain internal communications calendar
- Track and analyze engagement metrics, and recommend improvements to content and channels

Employee Advocacy Programme
- Support the management of programme to grow and engage employee advocates.
- Develop ideas and execute plans to strengthen community building, participation and sustained engagement among advocates
- Curate content and campaigns for advocates to share
- Craft clear, compelling key messages tailored for advocacy use
- Monitor and track programme performance (e.g. participation rates, content uptake, engagement outcomes)
- Support reporting and derive insights to improve programme effectiveness

Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Policy, or any related disciplines
- Familiarity with digital content formats and social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, internal communication tools)
- Prior work experience in communications, marketing, or public sector comms is advantageous
