User Operations & Marketing Intern - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities

1. User Operations & Product Feedback

Collect and analyze user feedback on core product features, including event creation, registration, chat, and community functions.

Identify user pain points and work closely with the product team to improve user experience.

Prepare weekly user insights and operational reports.

2. Marketing & Growth Planning

Develop and execute campus marketing campaigns.

Plan weekend, holiday, and themed promotional activities.

Design partnership campaigns with merchants and community organizations.

Support user acquisition and retention initiatives.

3. Content & Brand Operations

Plan and create engaging content for Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, and Instagram.

Produce at least two social media posts and one short-form video each week.

Assist in building KakiLah's online brand presence and community engagement.

4. Campus & Community Partnerships

Build relationships with student clubs and organizations from NTU, NUS, SMU, and other universities.

Identify and collaborate with KOLs/KOCs and local lifestyle creators.

Coordinate partnership campaigns and community events.

5. Community Operations

Manage Xiaohongshu community groups and user interactions.

Organize and summarize user feedback.

Support online and offline community engagement activities.
