TranscoPac, Singapore's only Japanese-affiliated industrial waste management and recycling company (a Maruishi Group company), is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to own and drive our marketing strategy end-to-end.
This is a high-ownership role for a hands-on marketing leader — you will define the marketing roadmap, set priorities, and execute it yourself, reporting directly to senior management. What you'll do
🔹 Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and budget, aligned with the company's sales and recruitment goals.
🔹 Define TranscoPac's brand positioning and messaging for our two core audiences: B2B customers (industrial, construction, and Japanese-affiliated companies) and prospective talent.
🔹 Lead the redesign and ongoing management of the TranscoPac website as a lead-generation and employer-branding asset.
🔹 Produce or Improve marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters) that directly support the sales team's outreach and pipeline development.
🔹 Build and execute a content and social media strategy (LinkedIn, etc.), tailored to B2B decision-makers and candidates.
🔹 Design and run campaigns that generate qualified inbound leads, and manage the lead handover process with the sales team.
🔹 Define KPIs (web traffic, engagement, leads, cost per lead), build reporting, and reallocate budget toward what works.
🔹 Select, brief, and manage external partners (designers, agencies, photographers, web developers) on quality and budget.
What we're looking for
🔹 3+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of independently planning and executing marketing strategies — ideally in B2B, industrial services, logistics, environmental services, or professional services.
🔹 Demonstrated results in demand generation: campaigns you built that produced measurable pipeline or revenue impact.
🔹 Strong hands-on skills across the full stack: website/CMS (e.g., WordPress), content creation, design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent), analytics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics), and email/CRM tools.
🔹 Experience managing external agencies and vendors, including budgeting and quality control.
🔹 Comfortable operating as a team of one: strategic enough to set direction, scrappy enough to execute it yourself.
🔹 Genuine interest in sustainability, the circular economy, or the waste management industry.
