1 Year Advisor Operations Analyst Insurance Up To $3700 #NKA - Part-Time

Duration: 12 months contract

Salary: Up to $3696 + 1 month bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee end-to-end advisor onboarding pre & post checks, including credit monitoring tracking & follow up and telecentre call audits.
• Support advisor onboarding, offboarding & maintenance matters on platforms when required
• Exercise judgement in handling stakeholders’ requests, urgent ad hoc tasks, and completing priorities within tight timelines while exercising operational accuracy
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, custodians, counterparties and external vendors to resolve queries and provide operational support
• Ensure adherence to established procedures, control guidelines, market regulations and compliance framework during processing

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in insurance operational matters
• Experience handling operational environments with tight turnaround timelines
