1 Year Claims Assistant Manager (Personal Accident Insurance) Up To $4000 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 12 months contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $4000

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and approve Personal Accident claims in accordance with policy terms, authority limits, and turnaround times.
• Review medical and supporting documents, manage claim investigations, and ensure timely claim resolution.
• Identify claim trends and recommend process improvements to strengthen claims controls.
• Liaise with policyholders, medical institutions, agents, and internal stakeholders to gather information and provide claim updates.
• Deliver professional and responsive customer service throughout the claims process.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Professional Insurance Certificate or a related insurance or healthcare discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in relevant accident, health or life claims experience
• Strong grasp of medical practices, terminology, ICD/CPT codes, and insurance policy terms
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex medical data, spot trends, and make sound decisions under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing high processing volumes without compromising quality
