12 Months Group Insurance Claims Executive ($3,000-4,000) #BYR - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and process local and overseas group insurance claims accurately within policy terms and service turnaround time.
• Review and approve Pre-Authorisation and Letter of Guarantee (LOG) requests in accordance with policy guidelines and MOH benchmarks.
• Liaise with policyholders, healthcare providers, intermediaries and internal stakeholders to resolve claims enquiries and obtain supporting information.
• Handle claims administration, including payment processing, refunds, unsuccessful bank transfers, CPF-related transactions and outstanding receivables.
• Prepare claims correspondence, reports, meeting minutes and statistical analysis.
• Participate in system enhancement projects, UAT testing and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify potential fraud or claim inconsistencies and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience in Group Insurance Claims, preferably covering Group Life, Personal Accident, Critical Illness, Disability Income, Hospitalisation & Surgical and Outpatient products.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Health Insurance Certificate, M5 and M9 certifications are advantageous.
