12 Months Insurance Analyst, Advisor Operations ($3000-$3700) #BYR - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end advisor onboarding processes, including pre- and post-onboarding checks, credit monitoring, and telecentre call audits.
• Support advisor onboarding, offboarding, and account maintenance across internal platforms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, custodians, counterparties, and external vendors to resolve operational queries and provide timely support.
• Prioritise and manage daily operational activities while ensuring accuracy and meeting tight turnaround timelines.
• Monitor operational risks, identify system issues, and escalate incidents where appropriate.
• Ensure all processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational control standards.
• Assist with ad hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in insurance or financial services operations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment with strict service level timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using multiple operational systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience with unit trust transfers or investment operations will be an advantage.
