12 Months Insurance Associate, Business Support ($4000-$5500) #BYR - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Process operational transactions accurately and within established service timelines.
• Review and verify documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with requirements.
• Perform data entry and maintenance of client, product, and transaction information in internal systems.
• Manage document scanning, indexing, verification, archiving, and records management activities.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system enhancement initiatives when required.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational queries and issues.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Support ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of Insurance Experience
• Able to start work with short/1 month notice
