Duration: 12 months contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $4000 + 1 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and process personal accident claims in accordance with policy terms, authority limits, and service standards.
• Review medical and supporting documents, manage claim investigations, and ensure timely claim resolution.
• Liaise with policyholders, medical institutions, agents, and internal stakeholders to obtain required information and provide claims updates.
• Deliver professional and empathetic customer service throughout the claims process.
• Identify claim trends, potential risks, and process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree or Professional Insurance certificate with 3-5 years of experience in relevant accident, health or life claims experience
