8 Months Product Development Manager / AVP (Wealth & HNW) Up To $6000 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 8 months (maternity cover)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $6000 + completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Support development and rollout of Wealth & HNW insurance products (e.g. wealth accumulation, retirement, ILP and index-linked products)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product implementation and launch
• Prepare product documentation, policy contracts, product summaries and marketing materials
• Handle product-related queries and resolve implementation/distribution issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements
• Conduct competitor analysis and support research for new product propositions and innovations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Actuarial, Insurance, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance product development
• Good understanding of insurance market and industry trends
