Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting structured phone surveys and collecting of on public opinion and social trends
• Update responses into computer systems (Training will be provided)

Job Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘N’ Level
• Effective telephone communication skills
• Able to handle situations in a calm & professional manner
• Proficient in English and one or more of the following languages – Mandarin (Speak/Read)
• Proficient in computer software
• Prior call-centre or phone interviewing or surveyor experience will be preferred
• Self-motivated and take a proactive approach to work

Working Hours: Monday to Friday // Part-time  (4 Hours Only) : 
x2 12:30pm-4:30pm

x2 5.30pm-9.30pm
