- Â Proficient in MS office application, especially Excel
- Proficient in QuickbooksÂ
- Â Able to multi-task & work independentlyÂ
- Â Meticulous, detailed & effective follow-up / execution skillsÂ
- Â Qualifications in Finance / Accounting / Banking is an advantage but not necessary

đź’ĄKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATIONÂ
- Â Process accounts receivable & payables (invoicing, payments, claims etc)
 - Process payrollÂ
- Â Track & monitor company finances & prepare reportsÂ
- Â Prepare audit schedules & bank reconciliationÂ
2) OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
- Â FilingÂ
- Â Data-entryÂ
- Â Drafting letters
