Responsibilities:
- Handle the reception counter at school general office – loan of items, room keys, lost and found items etc.;
- Attend to walk-in customers and phone calls;
- Record and distribute mails. Inform staff with school or personal parcel delivery;
- Monitor students with Leave School Early application, ensure they call to inform they reach home safely;
- Take care of students coming to sick bay, including the administration of simple first aid for students;
- Issue of S1 School Smart Card and Student Pass;
- Student print job service;
- Laminating school materials for staff/ school events (eg. Open House, GCP, CCA, etc.);
- Refreshment for school guests (order and washing up);
- Maintain the supplies of exam stationery;
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the School Senior Management Team.
Requirements:
- GCE “A” or “O” Level;
- Excellent communication skills, meticulous, good team player and ability to multi-task;
- Able to work in the afternoons - Mondays to Friday from 1pm to 6pm;
- Prior experience working in a school will be an added advantage.
