Hourly Rate: Between $8 to $10 per hour depending on experience
We are looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to perform administrative duties which includes providing support to the different departments and managing office tasks.
Job Duties
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, sorting /compiling of documents, and etc.
- To assist in all other ad-hoc administration matters as and when required
Requirements
- Able to work at least 3 to 4 days in a week during office hours
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Skills - Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint is a must
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and be proactive in work
- Able to multitask and work independently in a teaM
- Prior experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role would be an advantage
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice
