Architectural Coordinator - Part-Time

Position: Architectural Coordinator
Location: North East
Salary: Up to $5,000

Responsibilities:

• Attend daily meeting, toolbox and taiso exercise, participate actively in all safety and housekeeping works.
• Attend consultant and technical meetings at clients or consultants’ office.
• Attend WSHC meeting.
• Take off quantity for Architectural related works- assist Site QS to check.
• Site inspection with RTO/RE.
• Site Safety inspection and keep daily record of all activities on sites.
• Co-ordinate drawings and samples submission with consultant, architect, sub-contractor and supplier.
• Check and co-ordinate shop drawings.
• Communicate and coordinate with Building Management during AEI works.
• Prepare minutes of meeting agenda.
• Submit daily and safety report.
• Submit and gather records for all RFI, RFM, RFA to Architect and ID.
• Coordination with internal authority submissions and inspections (i.e.Coretrade, Conquas, Constructibility, etc).
• Night duty when necessary

Requirements:

• Min Diploma for Building Architectural with min 8 years experience in related fields
• Preferably with short notice commencement.
