Architectural Drafting Assistant X5 (CAD/BIM) - Part-Time

• Location: Maxwell
• Working Hours: Office Hours
• Salary: Up to $3,500 per month
• Duration: 6 months 

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and clean approved building and floor plans in various formats, including 2D CAD and 3D BIM files.
• Ensure CAD and BIM data is accurately documented, organized, and maintained in accordance with project standards.
• Track and update the progress of data digitalization activities to support timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of digitalization workflows and milestones.
• Maintain proper filing and version control of digital planning and urban design datasets.
• Support the preparation and delivery of digital planning data for implementation and operational use.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a Diploma in Architecture or related fields
• Proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) software, such as Autodesk Revit, will be an advantage
