Working hours:
Mondays to Fridays : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Saturdays : Day Off
Lunch : 1 hour
Position : Assistant Manager / Manager - Organisational Development
Responsibilities:
As a member of the Organisational Development (OD) Department, you will play an important role in supporting the enhancement of organizational effectiveness and employee engagement through various employee engagement and workplace learning initiatives.
In this capacity, you will play a key role in supporting the OD team to foster a purpose-driven and agile learning culture for Tote Board (TB):
• Implement internal communication and staff engagement initiatives and events (e.g. townhalls), including the design and organization of effective employee-centric communication across a variety of platforms (from events to the intranet). This includes staff engagement on office renovation to obtain useful information on staff preferences for implementation.
• Plan and organise TB's CSR initiatives to promote a culture of volunteerism and manage on-going employee volunteer programmes.
• Implement quarterly and customised workplace well-being initiatives at TB.
• Drive the implementation of team development programmes, interventions, and toolkits, such as Insights Discovery Profiling and Learning agility workshops.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the OD department.
Requirements:
1. Work experience in implementing employee engagement/CSR initiatives, organisational development programmes, and/or workplace learning interventions is highly desirable:
a. For Assistant Manager: Preferably 1-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with relevant educational background and passion are welcome to apply.
b. For Manager: At least 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Passion for planning and executing events.
3. Excellent coordination and project management skills. Able to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
4. Team-player, collaborative yet capable of working fast, and independently.
5. Good writing skills and possess a friendly disposition and propensity to mingle; and communicate well with people of different backgrounds.
6. Good knowledge in marketing collateral design (e.g. canva) and video editing is preferred.
