RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position is for SMU Executive Development (SMU ExD).
  • Serve as the lead administrator for the planning, scheduling and delivery of multiple concurrent executive education programmes.
  • Manage end-to-end programme delivery, including communication plans, participant induction, programme logistics, class coordination and post-programme completion activities, ensuring that tasks, quality standards and deadlines are met.
  • Provide responsive and high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, faculty, participants and team members.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication with clients and participants on pre-course preparations, in-class activities, evaluations, attendance requirements and other programme-related matters through to completion.
  • Manage programme budgets in accordance with approved costing, including budget tracking, forecasting, expenditure monitoring and reconciliation.
  • Any other duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree or Diploma with 3 years of substantial programme or project management experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience, preferably in hospitality, events or higher education.
  • Resourceful and meticulous in handling multiple issues concurrently while managing tight deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a meticulous nature and a keen attention to detail.
  • Keen on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
  • Possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Can start work immediately.
