Audio-Visual (AV) Multimedia Executive

Location: Singapore School Environment ( Cedar Avenue )
Contract Period: 1 January 2027 – 30 June 2028 (18 Months)
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)

• Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)

• Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays

• Occasional support required for school events during evenings and weekends (time-off will be provided where applicable)

Job Responsibilities

Operational Support & Setup

• Provide technical support and setup for Audio-Visual (AV) and multimedia facilities used in lessons, meetings, examinations, CCAs, and school events.

• Manage live streaming, video conferencing, photography, videography, and multimedia productions.

• Support ICT-integrated classroom activities and assist in multimedia content creation, video editing, and post-production.

Technical Support & Training

• Provide recommendations on AV and multimedia equipment and software procurement.

• Conduct training and guidance for staff on the effective use of AV and multimedia tools.

• Support media-related projects and event coverage activities.

Equipment & Asset Management

• Oversee maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of AV and multimedia equipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, equipment loan systems, and asset tracking documentation.

• Assist in budgeting, procurement, and equipment replacement planning.

Project Coordination

• Work closely with ICT teams and school departments to ensure smooth AV and multimedia operations.

• Coordinate AV-related projects, vendor management, and implementation of school AV initiatives.

Additional Duties

• Support website updates, graphic design work, and PA system troubleshooting.

• Perform other duties assigned by school management.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology, Multimedia Design, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AV system management and multimedia production.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment inventory and asset management.

• Experience in photography, videography, live streaming, and video editing will be an advantage.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong knowledge of AV equipment, multimedia software, and ICT technologies.

• Proficient in video editing, photography, and multimedia content creation.
