Auto-Finance Middle Office Intern – Operation - Join A Market Leader - Part-Time

Job Description:

X Star Technology, a leading fin-tech company, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and analytical intern to join our team in Singapore and assist in our middle office operations. You will be responsible for assisting our middle office teams with day-to-day activities, from loan credit review process to loan disbursement and post-disbursement collection process. Additionally, you will use your analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive efficiency and informed decision-making within the organization. Your work will have a direct impact on enhancing operational processes and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting cross-functional teams (credit team and finance team) day-to-day activities, from loan credit review process to loan disbursement and post-disbursement collection process

• Identifying issues and inefficiencies to improve system operation workflow and efficiency

• Prepare daily and weekly operation report and financial report, establish and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms such as PowerBI, internal SaaS platform, etc.

• Carrying out internal administrative and business support duties

• Other responsibilities allocated by management

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Science, or related field

• Able to commit full-time internship

• Able to manage large data volume and to show effective use of analytics.

• Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational,communication, and project management skills.

• Independent, proactive, and team-oriented individual

• Proficiency in English
