AVP Policy Servicing (High Net Worth) - 6 Months Contract - SGDup To 7k - Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced AVP Policy Servicing (High Net Worth). In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, support distribution channels and partners, and assist with product launches and system improvements. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.  
• Administer processes in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.  
• Support distribution channels and business partners effectively to facilitate smooth operations.  
• Assist with product launches, system enhancements, and other initiatives as assigned to support business growth.  
• Manage legal documents related to policies, prepare CSV month-end statements, and update SOPs to ensure process accuracy and service consistency.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in business or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a policy servicing team within the life insurance industry.  
• Knowledge of life insurance processes and local regulatory requirements.  
• Highly service-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills, and meticulous attention to detail.  
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Life Insurance Policy Administration System, Workflow, and Imaging System.
