BIM Coordinator (LTA Project) - Part-Time

Job Summary

Coordinate and manage BIM implementation for an LTA project, resolving BIM issues and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure efficient BIM processes and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM implementation for the assigned LTA project to ensure effective collaboration among project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve BIM-related issues by proposing solutions that enhance BIM process efficiency
• Liaise with clients and external stakeholders on BIM-related matters to represent and protect the project's BIM interests
• Apply detailed knowledge of BIM standards, processes, and technologies to support project delivery
• Utilize BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks to execute BIM coordination tasks
• Collaborate effectively with design, construction, and client teams to align BIM activities with project management and construction processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Certification in BIM or construction management (from "A relevant degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field, with a certification in BIM or construction management")

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
• Significant experience as a BIM Coordinator in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management
