Business & Operations Intern – New Venture Build - Part-Time

We are launching a new home services brand from scratch — and looking for interns to help build it.

This is not a typical internship. You won’t just observe or assist.

You will be involved in designing how the business actually works.

What You’ll Work On

• Build service models (pricing, packages, rules)
• Design customer journey (booking → service → follow-up)
• Help create SOPs for both customers and cleaners
• Research competitors and test better approaches
• Improve workflows and fix what doesn’t work

What We’re Looking For

• Curious, structured, and willing to figure things out
• Able to break problems into clear steps
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to take ownership of tasks

No experience required — but you must be proactive.

Internship Details

• 3 months and above (flexible)
• Full-time / part-time
• Paid internship ($800–$1,200 depending on commitment)
• Tai Seng (near MRT)
