Business Development Intern - Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking the enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our Business Development team in Singapore. This internship is designed for fresh graduates and students who are interested in developing practical experience in sales, client engagement, business strategy, and market expansion. Interns who demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, and business capability may be considered for conversion into a full-time Business Development Executive role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the business development team in identifying new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups
• Market research and analysis
• Customer relationship management
• Negotiate and Expand
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and business reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding and project execution
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales trackers
• Participate in meetings, networking activities, and business events when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
• Good organizational and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
