BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Part-Time

The Business Development Manager at SPA D’RAVIVER focuses on supporting business growth and client engagement within the wellness industry. SPA D’RAVIVER is a professional spa dedicated to delivering high quality massage therapy and foot reflexology services in a calm and relaxing environment that promotes overall well-being and stress relief.This role involves identifying business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting promotional and partnership initiatives. It also focuses on enhancing service positioning and customer experience to support brand visibility and sustainable business growth.

Specific Responsibilities
1.Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase spa clientele and revenue growth

2.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

3.Promote spa services such as massage therapy and foot reflexology to potential customers

4.Support the development and execution of marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility

5.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and competitor activities in the wellness industry

6.Assist in creating service packages and promotional offers to attract and retain clients

7.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services aligned with client expectations

8.Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction

9.Support partnerships and collaborations with hotels, wellness centers, and other wellness-related businesses

10.Prepare basic reports on business performance, client acquisition, and marketing outcomes
