SILK & SHEARS HAIR SALON LLP is seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the company's business growth and market expansion initiatives. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, enhancing brand awareness, and implementing effective business development strategies. The position plays a key role in strengthening the salon's market presence, expanding its customer base, promoting hairdressing services, and supporting the company's long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
Specific Responsibilities
1.Develop and implement business development strategies to support the company's growth objectives and market expansion plans.
2.Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, retailers, event organizers, and other business stakeholders.
3.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
4.Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty and customer engagement.
5.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
6.Collaborate with salon management to introduce new services, packages and promotional initiatives that align with market demand.
7.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and professional standards in all business dealings.
