Job Summary

Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in risks, compliance, sustainability and carbon management services. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering presentations to senior management and independently managing revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to meet business objectives and revenue targets in risks, compliance, sustainability and carbon management services
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and accounts to expand the client base
• Deliver persuasive presentations to top management of client companies to secure business
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Manage and grow new business from both existing and new accounts through direct sales efforts
• Work independently to take ownership of revenue generation and business development activities
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English during presentations and client interactions
• Demonstrate self-motivation, discipline, and a positive attitude to achieve sales goals
• Collaborate as a team player while maintaining the ability to work independently

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in sustainability, carbon management, or environmental services
• Professional qualifications in Business, Engineering (Environmental / Health / Safety), Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Circular Economy

• Self-motivation and able to work with minimal supervision

• Good communication and presentation skills
