Buyer / Supply Chain Specialist (US MNC, Semiconductor) - Part-Time

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.

• Location: Bendemeer

• Working Hours: Regular Office Hours

• Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for capital equipment, spares, and services

• Execute Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including delivery tracking, budgeting, and invoice reconciliation

• Maintain supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, cost, and capacity
• Act as primary contact for assigned suppliers and manage supplier relationships
• Support supplier qualification and commercial evaluation activities
• Lead or support supplier negotiations including contract renewals and RFQ processes
• Perform cost analysis and should-cost modeling to identify savings opportunities
• Support initiatives on lead time reduction, cost savings, and supply chain optimization
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Finance, Legal, and Category teams
• Consolidate supplier performance data for reporting and business reviews (QBR/ASE)
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement / sourcing / supplier management
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes (P2P, RFQ, contract management)
• Experience in supplier negotiation and cost analysis
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
