CAD Drafter (AutoCAD / Revit) - Part-Time

Work Location: Central (Bugis)

Workdays: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drafter to support our lighting design team in producing high-quality technical drawings and documentation for architectural lighting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lighting plans, presentation drawings, and technical drawing packages.
• Produce accurate working drawings, lighting fixture schedules, mounting details, lighting control diagrams, and fixture quantity take-offs.
• Support lighting designers in developing drawings from Schematic Design (SD) through Detailed Design (DD), including tender and construction documentation.
• Coordinate drawings with architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure drawings and BIM models meet project requirements, office standards, and project deadlines.
• Produce accurate drafting work using AutoCAD. Proficiency in Revit (BIM)and SketchUp is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Qualification in drafting, architecture, interior design, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in the architectural, engineering, or built environment industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit (BIM) and SketchUp is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of lighting simulation software such as DIALux evo is an advantage.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to produce quality drawings efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
