RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to:
$13/h
Ubi (East Area)
Min 3 months (Extendable)
Mon to Fri 8.30am – 12.30pm / Mon to Fri 12.30pm – 5pm
(can choose)
Duties:
- Handling inbound calls
- Open a case incident report in the system when the customer calls in
- Record down the purpose of the customers’ call in the system in case of follow up purposes
- Replying to emails and taking remedial action where necessary
- Ensure timely follow-up/resolve inquiries according to specified guidelines/processes.
- Adhoc duties are given by the supervisor
(Training Provided)
Requirements:
- Able to work in fast-paced and stressful environment with KPI
- Tech savvy; Required to toggle 4-5 systems while on call
- Prior Call Centre experience preferred
