Claims Assistant (6 Months Contract) #TNKC - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily claims administration and processing activities
• Verify policy and claims information to ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Prepare, review, and manage claims-related documentation
• Follow up with customers, policyholders, agents, and stakeholders on outstanding information or requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth claims operations
• Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects
• Ensure service standards and turnaround timelines are met
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
