Client Manager (Japanese Speaking) - Part-Time

As a Client Manager / Associate Client Manager (Japanese Speaking), you will play a key role in managing and growing client relationships. This role offers hands-on experience in account management, business development, and revenue optimization. You will be responsible for retaining existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the overall profitability and success of assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients to expand the company’s portfolio.
• Be accountable for revenue retention, profitability management, and overall growth of assigned accounts.
• Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with business objectives and service offerings.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and account performance updates to management and clients.
• Support the development and execution of client engagement strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.

Requirements:

Candidate with relevant internship experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Bilingual in Japanese and English to effectively liaise with key accounts and stakeholders.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to take on challenges in a dynamic environment.

Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations for account growth.

Willingness to learn and develop skills in client management and business development.
