Clinic Assistant Part Time

We are a PRIVATE medical clinic, providing friendly and customer-oriented service to our patients from all walks of life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Registration, dispensing, coordinate appointments
• Educate patients about their illness and medicine
• Perform simple clinical duties such as taking height, weight, ECG, dressing
• Assist in surgical procedures if needed
• Stock taking and drug ordering
• Submit e-claims and simple admin
• Housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of clinic
• Other ad hoc duties
• Working hours: From 8am to 1pm - Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements:

• Service oriented with good public relations and communication skills
• Fast worker, able to multitask
• Passionate to learn continuously
• Responsible, independent and organised
• Team player
• Well-groomed with good personal hygiene
• IT savvy as we are fully computerised
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with elderly Chinese patients professionally
• Previous working experience in clinic an advantage but not required
