Compliance Analyst (3-Month Contract) - Part-Time

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst on a 3 month contract basis to support the compliance team with client screening, KYC reviews, and remediation activities. The role will primarily focus on conducting name screening reviews, investigating potential matches, and ensuring accurate documentation of screening outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct name screening checks for corporate and individual clients against sanctions lists, watchlists, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) databases, and adverse media sources.
• Review and assess screening alerts to identify potential matches and determine the appropriate next steps.
• Perform investigation and analysis of potential matches using internal systems and publicly available information.
• Document screening outcomes, investigation findings, and supporting rationale accurately and in accordance with internal procedures.
• Support Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews as required.
• Ensure client information and supporting documentation are complete and up to date.
• Escalate potential risks, unresolved alerts, and higher-risk cases to the compliance team for further review.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure completion of assigned cases within timelines.

Requirements

• Prior experience in compliance operations, KYC, AML/CFT, customer due diligence, or name screening activities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform detailed reviews within tight timelines.
