Corporate Training Instructor (Full-time/Part-time)

l Full-time Salary: SGD 6,000 - SGD 15,000

l Part-time Salary: Negotiable based on client purchases post-course delivery, settled by day/hour.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Capable of teaching in English or Chinese; part-time positions do not require regular office attendance. After customers pay for subsequent purchases, the class fee will be settled on a daily/hourly basis;
2. Responsible for teaching entrepreneurial courses and can teach at least one of the following topics: strategic design, value innovation, strategy execution, products, talents, users, marketing, performance, and finance. Or the following topics: human resources, corporate strategy, business model, sales management, process management, product building, team building, diversion and fission, etc.;
3. Responsible for online/offline training delivery (recorded or live broadcast), and different training venues.
4. Responsible for preparing course materials and ensuring quality and quantity of work.
5. Develop training projects according to PMIS's strategic goals and annual objectives.
6. Lead or assist PMIS in the development of entrepreneurial training courses.
7. Follow up on training and lectures to propose targeted adjustments and optimize courses.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with good image and temperament and excellent presentation skills.
2. 5+ years of executive experience in a Fortune Global 100 company or top 3 industry company + 5 years of consulting experience.
3. Possession of mature core business courses.
4. Strong course development and materials production ability, proficient use of various training tools.
5. Possesses solid knowledge frameworks with excellent deductive skills and communication abilities.
