CRM Migration & Sales Operations Intern - Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support a regional CRM migration project. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, data management, business process improvement, and CRM implementation within a regional business environment.

The intern will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to support the migration of customer and sales data into a new CRM platform while ensuring data quality and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Migration Support

• Assist in the preparation, cleansing, validation, and migration of customer and sales data.
• Review existing CRM records and identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps.
• Perform data quality checks and reconciliation activities before and after migration.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue tracking.

Sales Operations & Analytics

• Maintain sales dashboards and reports.
• Support pipeline tracking and opportunity management activities.
• Assist in creating reports and data visualizations for management reviews.
• Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and insights.

Process Documentation

• Document CRM workflows, sales processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop user guides and training materials for internal users.
• Support change management and user communication activities during system rollout.

Project Coordination

• Track project milestones and action items.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders and internal teams.
• Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in: Business Administration Business Information Systems Information Technology Data Analytics Marketing Related disciplines or related Diploma.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
