Requirements
• Tertiary qualification from a well-ranked institution • 10-15 years of working experience in consulting or financial services industry • Advanced Japanese language proficiency • Experience in growing a consulting practice and leading strategy implementation • Experience with digital transformation, front office transformation, and target operating model-led transformation in banking • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies or certifications • Human-centered design thinking and analytical problem-solving skills • Tech fluency and knowledge of Cloud solutions and platform implementation • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage senior client stakeholders and foster change • Commitment to professional excellence and growth • Willingness to travel
