Dishwasher Supervisor - Part-Time

We are looking for Dishwashers to support our kitchen operations by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and maintained to high hygiene standards.

Cleaning & Sanitation

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tableware, dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment using manual or machine cleaning methods.

Ensure all kitchen equipment, pots, pans, trays, and cooking utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.

2. Dishwashing Operations

Sort, rinse, and wash dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils either manually or using dishwashing machines.

Properly load and unload dishwashing racks where applicable.

Ensure all cleaned items meet hygiene and cleanliness standards.

3. Storage & Organisation

Sort and stack clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Return cleaned items to their designated storage areas.

Maintain an organised and safe dishwashing and storage area.

4. Waste Management

Remove trash and garbage from bins at the outlet.

Dispose of waste at the designated central waste collection point.

5. General Cleaning & Housekeeping

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping floors.

Clean furniture, workstations, and other surfaces as required.

Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing and kitchen work areas at all times.

6. Inventory of Cleaning Supplies

Monitor and maintain adequate levels of cleaning materials and supplies.

Inform supervisors when supplies need replenishment.

7. Health, Safety & Hygiene

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety.

Follow all safe working procedures and hygiene practices.

Report any equipment faults or safety concerns to the Production Chef, Manager, or Management.

8. Grooming & Professional Conduct

Adhere to company grooming and appearance standards at all times.

Maintain a positive attitude and professional body posture.

Provide a friendly and cooperative presence in the workplace.

9. Additional Duties

Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management.
