EA Personnel / Consultant With CEI (Maid Agency) – Commission Based - Part-Time

FULLY REMOTE POSITION FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

We are looking for motivated and results-oriented individuals to join us as EA Consultants in a fully remote role. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and handling the end-to-end placement of domestic workers in Singapore.

This is a commission-based position, ideal for self-driven professionals who excel in a results-focused environment and enjoy working independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle the end-to-end process of the domestic helper placement cycle, including sourcing, selection, interviews, contract preparation, and client support.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other relevant authorities.
• Manage client relationships, address inquiries, and resolve any issues related to domestic helper placements.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maid agency with hands-on knowledge of the end-to-end process.
• Must be CEI certified.
• Familiarity with MOM regulations and industry practices is essential.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Results-driven and able to achieve sales targets.
