Job Summary

You will design and execute floral installations for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, and special occasions, applying hands-on floral skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for stages, tables, bridal setups, aisles, and large installations to meet event themes and client expectations
• Set up and dismantle floral decor on-site and in the studio to ensure timely and accurate event preparation and teardown
• Prepare flowers to maintain consistency and quality in designs
• Handle both faux and fresh flowers safely and creatively to produce diverse floral displays
• Pre-pack floral equipment before events and ensure all items are returned and stored properly in the warehouse after use

• Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience as an event stylist is an advantage
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and good color sense to enhance floral design quality
• Physically fit to lift materials and work long hours during events
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours to meet event schedules
• Positive team player attitude to contribute effectively within a collaborative environment
• Open to part time or full time arrangements
