Executive (Programme & Planning) - Part-Time

Job Scope:
1.      AI Implementation & Adoption

• Support the rollout and use of AI tools (e.g. GovTech apps) in the department
• Identify suitable use cases to enhance productivity (e.g. drafting, summarisation, data processing)
• Assist staff in integrating AI tools into current workflows

2.      Process Improvement & Automation

• Review existing business processes and identify opportunities for use of automation/AI tools
• Support development of automations (e.g. workflows, templates, trackers)
• Work with stakeholders to pilot and refine solutions

3.      Data Management & Insights

• Consolidate and analyse data from surveys, CCA data, etc
• Support development of Power BI dashboards and reports
• Generate insights to support planning and decision-making

4.      Governance & Compliance

• Support documentation of processes, use cases and guidelines for AI/Gen AI adoption within the department

5.      Training & Support

• Provide guidance and support to staff on the use of automation/AI tools
• Develop user guides, templates and best practices
• Support capability-building efforts within the department

6.     Undertake any otherad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least a tertiary education (in any discipline).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps,Power apps, Power BI, AI/Gen AI
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detailed-oriented,versatile and good interpersonal skills
• Possess initiative with abilityto multi-task and able to work independently with a proactive & positiveattitude and minimal supervision

Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Contract Period: 2 and half months (Immediate to End September)

Salary: $2800-$3000/month
