Executive / Senior Executive, Collection & Publicity (1-Year Contract) - Part-Time

This is a one-year contract role, with the possibility of a one-year extension.

Responsibilities

• Support SCCCI collection and publicity campaigns.

• Support the day-to-day storage, preservation, conservation, and data management of the SCCCI collection.

• Assist in the development of SCCCI’s online collection (digital platform).

• Assist the curatorial and outreach teams in developing and supporting exhibitions and national education programmes using the SCCCI collection.

 
Requirements

• Polytechnic diploma or university degree, preferably in History or Arts and Social Sciences, with knowledge of Singapore and Chinese history and heritage.

• A good team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Skills in photography, AI, and social media will be an advantage.

• Able to work outside regular office hours on event days (including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays), especially on the first day of Chinese New Year (time off in lieu will be provided).
