Hours: Full-time (40 hrs per week) or part-time (negotiable)

Working with: Clients, staff members, volunteers & external stakeholders

Oogachaga is Singapore’s most established LGBTQ+ community organisation, working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer and gender-diverse (LGBTQ+) individuals, couples and families since 1999.
About the position:
This position has become available as the existing position-holder has decided to convert to a different role internally. The position offers an opportunity for the successful candidate to work directly with and support parents & families with LGBTQ+ children & members.
About the Applicant:
We are looking for someone who is highly self-motivated and passionate about supporting and empowering all family members, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
Ideally, you should be professionally qualified with relevant experience in working with individuals & families, with a LGBTQ-affirming, strengths-based and systemic approach.
As an affirming and inclusive professional, non-profit community organisation, we encourage applications from qualified persons who identify as LGBTQ+ or allies, including those living with HIV, as well as members of minority communities.
Job Description:
