Female Personal Trainer - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, limitations, and fitness levels.
2. Design and deliver engaging workout sessions that align with clients' objectives and preferences.
3. Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises, ensuring proper form and technique.
4. Motivate and encourage clients to stay committed to their fitness journey.
5. Monitor clients' progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
6. Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and overall wellness.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

1. Certification in personal training
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
4. CPR and First Aid certification.
