Field Assistant Cum Merchandising - Part-Time

Job Description & Requirements

• To carry out timely media installation in assigned supermarkets as per instructions given
• Taking pictures of the installed mediums
• Replacing damaged/missing posters
• Work closely with the outlet personnel
• To carry out all scheduled maintenance programs in all assigned outlets.
• To carry out survey as instructed
• To carry out all tasks assigned by the management and/or team leader
• To carry out the following role of merchandiser during non-peak period and/or assigned by the management

1. Stock replenishment and daily OOS check at all touch points
2. Stock rotation (FIFO) and inventory check
3. Product hygiene and cleanliness
4. Merchandising standards/guidance to maintain/defend Brand’s SOS
5. Perfect execution and HQ compliance with strong ownership
6. Quality call coverage and implement quality BCP store visit standard process
7. Prompting urgent and critical issues for immediate solutions
8. Timely and excellent promotion execution – setup, price, and maintenance of display
9. POSM deployment and disposal
10. Accurate report tracking/on field data collection via FFAS – OOS,
11. Freshness, promo compliance, feedback, etc. as aligned

• To submit all relevant operations and/or merchandising reports and/or tracking promptly via the company’s app

Job Requirements:

• Open to SG/PR only
• Possess GCE “N” or equivalent
• Able to communicate in English
• Must willing to travel frequently
